Estonian Amateur Open 2011

I agree to the Championship Conditions, conform, in every respect, with the Rules of Amateur Status as approved by R&A Rules Limited and I declare that the handicap specified is my playing handicap at the date of entry.

CERTIFICATION OF HANDICAP

I hereby certify that the entrant’s handicap conforms with the current EGA Handicapping System or Standard Scratch Score and Handicapping Scheme of the Council of National Golf Unions or similar official handicapping system adopted in the country from which the competitor has entered and that, to the best of my knowledge, the entrant is an amateur golfer in accordance with the Rules of Amateur Status as approved by R&A Rules Limited.

EXEMPTIONS

Categories
The following will be exempt from the ballot provided they satisfy the handicap requirements:

1. the players of Estonian National Team;
2. the players listed in The R&A World Amateur Golf Ranking
3. the 10 best male and 5 best female players of Est Am Open 2010
4. in the event of applications exceeding the number of places available in the Championship (156) organizers have the right to use up to 25 wild cards to decide the participating players

Note: The number of competitors permitted to be nominated under exemption categories (a), (b), (c), and (d) is to be inclusive of and not in addition to the number of competitors exempt under another category.
