Player Information

Clubhouse

The facilities of the Clubhouse will be extended to Players, Championship committee, championship staff, sponsors, guests and Press for the duration of the Championship. Clubhouse passes will be issued to identify those people entitled to clubhouse access.

Car Parking

Cars can be parked in the parking lot in front of the clubhouse (free of charge)

Dress Code

Casual wear is permitted with certain exceptions. No jeans, denim trousers, sleeveless or collarless shirts, shell suits or training shoes will be permitted. With the exception of the main lounge, soft-spikes are permitted. Metal spikes will not be permitted anywhere on the grounds of the Saaremaa GC..

Trolleys

Pull-trolleys are available and are included in the entrance fee.

Golf Bag Storage

Golf bags can be stored in the bag storage room on the ground floor of the caddymaster.

Lockers

The locker rooms are situated in the clubhouse opposite to the Reception. One locker for personal belongings will be made available to each player. Keys will be available from the Reception.

Catering

The Clubhouse’s restaurant will be available exclusively for players for dining and resting.

Practice Areas

A practice putting green, bunker practice and a short game area and full driving range are available next to the Clubhouse

Internet/E-mail Room

A computer will be installed in the Clubhouse’s restaurant to allow players and officials access to internet/ e-mail.

Transportation

Shuttle Service from airport and harbour will be provided to Saaremaa. This service is not included in the accommodation prices of the official hotel - the price is 20 € per direction per car. It is important that entrants complete and return the Accommodation Booking Form including the travelling details section online at www.estamopen.ee no later than Monday, 23th May 2011.

A daily shuttle service will operate from the official hotel to and from the golf course. This service is included in the accommodation prices of the official hotel.
