Entry Information
Entry period starts on Tuesday, the 01th of May and will be closed on Monday, 02th July 2012. Entry applications can be filled online here.
Entry fee is 100 EUR per player. The fee includes 3 competition rounds, usage of trolley and unlimited number of range balls. Entry fee is to be paid upon arrival/registration.
Entries will only be accepted on the official entry form and shall reach the Championship Committee at the address stipulated on the entry form before the closing date. Partially completed or late entries will not be accepted. An entrant’s form will not have been officially received until his or her name has been posted at the official website of the tournament www.estamopen.ee

Registration
Having arrived in Estonia, each player is asked to register at Saarmaa Golfi Club’s Clubhouse no later than 12.00 p.m. on Thursday 05th July 2012.
Caddies
No caddies available
Information Boards
There will be information boards located in the Clubhouse and the reception area of the official hotel. Players and officials should study the information boards at regular intervals as important information will be displayed relating to tee-times, messages etc. The information will also be published on the official website of the tournament.
Practice Rounds
Practice rounds on the course will be Wednesday, 04th July and Thursday, 05th July. Practice round green-fee is 25 Euro. Please book your practice rounds in as early as possible upon entrance or online at http://www.estamopen.ee/
Opening Ceremony
There will be an Opening Ceremony on the evening of Thursday, 05th July. Ceremony time will be confirmed on arrival.
Awards Ceremony
The Awards Ceremony will be held on the 18th tee as soon as practicable after the last competitors have finished their final round

Players, officials and guests are reminded that Saaremaa Golf Culb, the Estonian Golf Association, the European Golf Association and the Official Hotels cannot be held responsible for loss of equipment or personal possessions.
